As part of its decision-making processes, Rous frequently puts proposed changes of policy or direction on public exhibition to invite comment from the community.

Items on public exhibition
Integrated Planning and Reporting Framework
The Draft Delivery Program Operational Plan 2026-27 Budget and Statement of Revenue Policy (Fees and Charges) must be publicly exhibited for at least 28 days and public submissions invited. Advice regarding any public submissions received will be reported to Council’s June 2026 meeting. If no public submissions are made, it is proposed that the documents below, be deemed to be adopted.

These documents will be on exhibition for 28 days, please make any submissions by Friday 15th May 2026.
