If your water account shows an increase in water consumption:
The first step is to check that Rous has read your meter correctly. To do this, read the black dials on your water meter and compare this to the reading on your water account.
If the reading you have taken is greater than the reading on your water account, the reading is correct.
If it is less, there may be an error. If this is the case, please call the Water Billing Team on (02) 6623 3800 so we can investigate the matter for you.
